Louise Pearson Memorial Arboretum
The Louise Pearson Memorial Arboretum was establised in 2001 by the Bells Garden Club. Many native trees were already present on the site when the project began. Club members named the arboretum in memory of former garden club member, Louise Pearson.
The arboretum was certified as a Level II Arboretum in 2006 and continues to accept memorial trees as it adds to the 79 species of trees present at certification.
